Davvi Dállu- in the heart of Swedish Lapland Mountains!
Davvi Dállu means “North West House” in the Sami language. Dávvi Dallu is a youth hostel in the heart of the Northwest mountain area of Swedish Lapland.
Björkliden is a resort located between Riksgränsen and Abisko, along the E10 road to Northern Norway. From here you view the famous “Lapland gate” (Lapporten) along with gorgeous nature, and here you find great trails for hiking and trekking. Take a walk to the waterfall “Silverfallet” or explore the caves. This is also a great place for skiing in the winter, both cross-country and alpine skiing. Taking the train or car to visit Narvik and the Norwegian coastline is also a splendid idea.
